With that goal in mind, we have made changes to SupplySide365.com. We want you to have the best possible experience and have written the following answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about these changes. Q. What changes were made to SupplySide 365?  

A. The site now has a cleaner, more streamlined look, making it easier to find the most up-to-date news and event information you want from the SupplySide brands. Some of the changes include:

  • Timely industry news and SupplySide event information right on the home page
  • Easy signup links for the SupplySide 365 newsletter and 365 member group on LinkedIn
  • The News page with the latest articles and news from Natural Products Insider and Food & Beverage Insider
  • An Events page with current calendars and links to SupplySide and virtual events

 
Q. Can I retrieve the contacts in my membership account?
 
A.  Yes. Follow these steps:
  1. Log into the SupplySide 365 app
  2. Click the arrow next to your profile image in the upper right corner
  3. Select “My contacts”
  4. Click “Download” in the “Export my contacts” section

 
Q. Can I delete my SupplySide 365 membership account?
 
A.  Yes.  Follow these steps:
  1. Log into the SupplySide 365 app
  2. Click the arrow next to your profile image in the upper right corner
  3. Select “Settings”
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click “Delete my account”

Q. Where can I network and connect with health and nutrition industry professionals? 

A. Join our SupplySide 365 group on LinkedIn, a members−only group comprised of health and nutrition industry professionals.  Once your application is accepted, you can ask questions, get advice, share experiences, network with industry experts and locate qualified partners you want, or need to do business with.  There’s also links to timely industry news, member polls, research studies, whitepapers, case studies, and more.



Q. Where is the membership login?  

A. You can still access SupplySide Network 365 membership by logging into your account here:  https://ssn365.app.swapcard.com/login



Q. What happened to my membership information?

A. All membership data is still on the SupplySide Network 365 app. You can access it when you log into the SupplySide 365 app and click on the arrow next to your profile image or initials in the upper right corner.



Q. Will these changes affect how I sign up for SupplySide events?
 
A. You can still get to all the information you need through SupplySide365.com. The Events tab will include up-to-date information including links to register for SupplySide West and SupplySide East.
