How to Set Up Your Company Page

Were you signed up to exhibit at SupplySide East or West 2020? Great! We have created a company page for you to complete that will be viewable by all SupplySide Network 365 members.

If you are not an exhibitor and would like a company page, please complete this form and a member of Client Services will be in touch shortly to get you set up.

Welcome Email from SupplySide Network 365

  1. Look out for your SupplySide Network 365 welcome email giving you access to your Company Portal. This Company Portal is also known as the Exhibitor Center.
  2. Follow the link received and create a password when prompted.
  3. For future logins, go to supplyside365.team.swapcard.com

How to Navigate the Exhibitor Center

The exhibitor center is your portal for setting up and completing your company page!

  • Home: Find the welcome message from SupplySide Network 365 as well as some statistics about your company.
  • Company profile: View and modify information about your company.
  • Contacts: View and export all the connections made by your team, at any time.
  • Your team: Manage the different members of your team.

Tip:

Check the bell for notifications!

A red dot indicates that you have a pending notification!

How to Edit the Main Information of Your Company Profile

  1. Go to the “Exhibitor Center” from your computer or mobile phone.
  2. Click on “Edit My Company Profile” on the right side of the menu.
  3. Add a header image, video and company logo.

Updating Your Company Profile Header Banner

  • Upload a custom designed image for SupplySide Network 365! We recommend using a 1200 x 675px (16:9 ration) imagine, no larger than 1MB.
  • Upload a custom video! First upload it on Youtube or Vimeo, then past the ID in the Video ID bar.
  • You can update your header image and video as frequently as you like! 

Tip:

Company name is not an editable field – if you need to change your company name, please reach out to Client Services at [email protected], or by calling +1 (480) 281 6783, or you can also submit a request in the Help Center.

Tip:

If you load both a header image and a video, the video will always show instead of the header image. If you want the image to show instead, you will need to remove the video link. 

How to Get Your Video Link

YouTube
  1. From YouTube, go to the video you would like to upload to your profile.
  2. Select the Share button under the bottom, right-hand corner of the video screen.
  3. Click on Copy to receive a link and then paste it into the video URL bar.
Vimeo
  1. From Vimeo, go to the video you would like to upload to your profile.
  2. Select the Share button along the top, right-hand corner of the video screen.
  3. Copy the link provided and paste it into the video URL bar.

How to Edit Your Company Profile Details

  1. Go to the “Exhibitor Center” from your computer or mobile phone.
  2. Click on “Company profile” in the left side menu.
  3. To add or modify information, click on the “Edit” button in front of the section of your choice.

Tip:

Your profile is a way to showcase all that your company has to offer! Use the header to add a custom video or banner designed to draw in SupplySide Network 365 members and make connections.

How to Add Documents

Don’t forget to include important information like your sales sheets or press releases and add links to videos or other content to showcase your brand story!
  1. Go to the “Company Profile” > “Documents” section of your Exhibitor Center.
  2. Click on “Add Documents” on the right of your screen.
  3. Paste the link of the document, sales sheets or marketing materials, or click on the cloud to import a file from your computer.
  4. Give the document a title (mandatory) and a description. Be careful to respect the maximum number of characters for each field: 40 for the title, 120 for the description.

Tip:

If you have a video link that is not housed on YouTube or Vimeo, you can showcase it here by copying and pasting the URL into the "Document" field.

How to Add a Job Opportunity

Looking to bring new talent onto your team or have a new position to fill? The job board feature on SupplySide Network gets you access to 6,000+ industry professionals! 

  1. Go to the “Company Profile” > “Career Opportunities” section of your Exhibitor Center.
  2. Click “Add” under “Add Career Opportunities” on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Enter the job name, description and posting link, as well as an image (we recommend your company logo or a picture that depicts the job).
  4. Hit “Save” and you’re on your way to find your ideal candidate! 

Tip:

Be sure to remove your job posting once the position has been filled - you can add new opportunities at any time! 

How to Add Documents

How to Add Ingredients & Services

Your product offerings drive traffic to your company page! Get people interested in your brand and your story by catching their attention with new, innovative ingredients and services.

  1. Go to the “Exhibitor Center” from your computer or mobile phone.
  2. Click on “Company profile” in the left side menu.
  3. Below “Documents,” click “Ingredients & Services” to start adding your SupplySide Network 365 featured products.
  4. To add a new product, click on “Add” at the top right of your screen.
  5. Enter a name and description (optional) before validating. The product editing window will appear so that you can add a marketing display image, a label flat, a link, a subcategory, etc.
  6. All your products will now be visible from your Company profile, but also from the “Ingredients & Services” section once we go live.

To keep the compliance quality and integrity of your products and documents on your Company page, the SupplySide Standards Department will be reviewing your product labeling and marketing just as we do at all SupplySide events.

The SupplySide Compliance Program provides tools to gain a greater understanding of some of the most common compliance issues within the industry and help support self-regulatory efforts. We provide compliance monitoring during SupplySide shows and on SupplySide Network 365, enforcement where necessary and education resources year-round. Tip:

Start by selecting a single product category. There are lots of additional attributes and tags to identify your product, just select the category that feels most relevant.

If your company provides services, list your capabilities in the product section to help attract your target audience.

How to Add Your Team Members

  1. Make sure all your team members have registered for SupplySide Network 365.
  2. Once they register and receive their SupplySide Network 365 welcome email, you will be able to add them as a member to your company page.
  3. Team members will receive an email notification once added to the company page, which will lead them to the Exhibitor Center.

Please note that you cannot remove team members from your Company Profile once added. Please contact our Client Services Specialists by emailing  [email protected] or by calling +1 (480) 281 6783, or by using the Help Center if you need assistance.”

Encourage team members to participate and interact for maximum connections and networking!

Adding members to a Company Page gives them several privileges:

  • Ability to modify their company's page
  • Ability to share with other members the contacts made while using SupplySide Network 365

How to Link Your Company Page to Other Company Pages

Is your company part of another company within SupplySide Network 365? Do you have co-exhibitors at SupplySide? 

In mid-October, a new feature will be added to the Exhibitor Center where you can tie your company page to other companies so members can easily see your relationship!

How to Add the Left-Side Branded Graphic

  1. Go to the “Exhibitor Center” from your computer or mobile phone
  2. Go to “Advert” on the upper right-hand side
  3. Click on “Add an Ad”
  4. Import a 1080x1920px (9:16 ratio) image, no larger than 1MB.
  5. Redirect the ad to your company website or another landing page within SupplySide Network 365.

Tip:

The image will be displayed as a vertical banner ad on web desktop, and at the bottom of the page on mobile.
